GSS conference 2018: How to be heard at the conference

We are your communications team and our role is to provide you with all the information you need for the GSS Conference 2018.

Everything you need to know before, during and after the conference can be found on the conference event webpage. Here you will also be able to find a copy of the conference handbook. To get in touch with us before the conference please email: gssconference2018@gmail.com

Throughout the conference we will be using Twitter and Slack. Here you will find useful information and announcements throughout the conference. You, as delegates, can use Twitter and Slack to ask questions of the committee, as well as the keynote presenters and panel session members.

To get in touch via Twitter, please use the official GSS Twitter account, @UKGSS and the hashtag #GSSConf18.

To get in touch via Slack: You will find a channel for the conference (#gssconference2018) on the GSS slack network. If you have any problems accessing Slack, please contact the GSS web team (gssnet@statistics.gov.uk).

Any changes to the agenda will be displayed on slides in the main rooms of the conference along with all the conference essential information.

If you need to find any members of the organising committee, we will be easy to spot in our purple conference t-shirts!

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Manchester and to celebrate 50 years of the Government Statistical Service.
