Conversation Cafés are non-agenda meet-ups to build connections within the data science community and support collective wisdom.
Theme for January: Data Science in 2021
How it works
Groups of approximately five and a voluntary host meet for an hour to discuss either a suggested topic or one chosen by the group.
Each person introduces themselves and reflects on the topic without comments from the group. This is repeated but with further reflection. The host then opens a dialogue for 20 minutes. The conversation ends on what inspired or challenged each of them.
This meet-up is hosted on Microsoft Teams. It’s open to the data science community working across the public sector.
