The posts are based within Analysis and Corporate Insight Team based in Cardiff.
The branch is split into two areas:
- The Statistical and Integrity Analysis Team focuses on working on strategically important integrity issues on the Companies House Register, publishing official statistics outputs, and providing statistical consultancy.
- The Corporate Insight Team is responsible for providing timely management information to allow informed, evidence based decision making around CH productivity and workload forecasting.
One post is available in each team and you could be involved with either aspect of the work, depending on your skills and experience.
The Integrity Analysis aspect of the role focuses on supporting the strategically important integrity work looking to improve the quality of information on the Companies House Register. You will play a key role on the integrity work within the unit, working closely with the other members of the Integrity Analysis Team and the Integrity Unit itself to specify and produce analytical insights.
The Corporate Insight role involves reviewing the Workload Forecast Model and suggesting improvements to the way the model is constructed. You will also be required to review how data is collected and used at team level with the aim of streamlining the process while maximizing use of the Model in decision making.
