The MSc in Data Analytics for Government (MDataGov) is a unique and flexible part-time MSc programme that combines modules in statistics and data science. It aims to build data science capability across government by equipping civil servants with a key set of skills required from a modern government data analyst.

It is run as a collaborative project between the Data Science Campus and academic partners across UK.

The Data Science Campus is pleased to announce the addition of two new academic partners – the University of Glasgow and Cardiff University.

The University of Glasgow will make individual MDataGov modules available to study online from this summer. You can apply now  – but be quick – the closing date is 7 June! The university will also deliver the full MDataGov online as a part-time programme from the 2020 to 2021 academic year.

Cardiff University will offer the MDataGov as a full-time one-year programme beginning in the 2020 to 2021 academic year, with part-time options being available for the 2021 to 2022 academic year.
