What should our future work and culture look like?
Colleagues across the Civil Service have had to make significant changes to the way they work in order to protect the health of themselves, colleagues and the wider public.
To help get a better understanding of the impact these changes have had and may have in the future, organisations across the Civil Service are taking part in a short pulse survey.
Questions will cover:
- how you are feeling
- how your work has changed
- what support you’ve had from managers
- any positive culture changes you would like to see continue
- any information and support you feel you might need as restrictions are relaxed
The survey should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Simply select which organisation you work for and the survey is completely anonymous.
Once closed, the results will be used to help plan ways to ensure staff feel supported both in terms of work and personal wellbeing.
The survey is now open and closes just before midnight on Tuesday 26 May.
