Brief description:

The GSS People Plan aims to build the professional capability of the statistical community. It has been developed to help individuals and the statistical profession grow, develop and maximise potential. It is directly linked to the GSS Better Statistics, Better Decisions Strategy.

It is important that you know what the plan is about and how it impacts on you. To help with this, the plan is accompanied by documents that outline the key messages for Heads of Profession (HoPs), Human Resources Directors (HRDs), line managers, statisticians and fast streamers.

Review frequency:

This guidance is reviewed annually.
