Description:

The aim of this session is to:

  • help statistics producers understand quality and how it fits into their work
  • provide statistics producers with guidance and templates for implementing quality
  • give guidance to statistics producers on how to communicate quality to users

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this course, participants will have developed awareness of:

  • key quality concepts and how quality is measured
  • how to assess quality in their own work
  • good practice for quality assurance
  • how to communicate quality to users
