The aim of this workshop is to:

  • explore various approaches for effective communication of quality, uncertainty and change
  • showcase examples of good practice
  • provide an overview of existing guidance from across government and academia
  • enable participants to review one of their statistical publications

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this workshop, participants will have:

  • become familiar with the principles of communicating quality, uncertainty and change
  • gained an understanding of the issues surrounding the communication of uncertainty and change
  • developed awareness of existing guidance
  • gathered ideas on how to improve their statistical publications
