Job description

The post holder is jointly responsible for providing analysis and insight of regional and local data and work closely with the Regional Directors (RDs). They lead and develop their team to deliver high quality and timely analysis. They have have a strong knowledge and understanding of inspection outcome and performance data for schools, further education and skills (including colleges and apprenticeships), social care and early years. They triangulate with other data sources to gain a sound understanding of each sector and a view on areas where RDs might want to focus attention as they seek to bring about improvement to providers in their region.
