Regional Lead Analyst

This is an exciting part-time job share opportunity. It is an interesting and varied role with lots of exposure to senior customers, as well as leading a team of enthusiastic analysts.

The post holder is one of two analysts who analyse regional and local data and work closely with the regional directors. They have a strong knowledge and understanding of inspection outcome and performance data for schools, further education and skills (including colleges and apprenticeships), social care and early years. They triangulate with other data sources to gain a sound understanding of each sector and a view on areas where Regional Directors might want to focus attention as they seek to bring about improvement to providers in their region.

The post holder meets regularly with each of the regional directors whom they are linked to. They have regular contact with senior inspectors (SHMI).
