Senior analytical officer

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the wider business to analyse, understand and articulate its business needs, draw these together into processes and requirements and to oversee the maintenance and management of the process catalogue as key systems are developed and enhanced.

The post holder will work alongside teams across Ofsted to develop their processes and systems, understand the organisation and business need, offer credible analysis, recommend options for a solution to the problem and be a conduit for translation between the business and the designed solution.
